The onsen facilities were excellent, providing a relaxing atmosphere with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
There was inadequate communication regarding the shuttle bus arrangements, making it difficult to know where and when to catch it for off-site dining.

The Japanese-style room featured an open-air bath that provided a serene atmosphere, allowing for a refreshing soak while enjoying beautiful views. Meals were a highlight, especially the vegetarian options, which were prepared with care and had excellent flavors. However, the shuttle bus service could use clearer communication, leading to some confusion about pickup spots. Additionally, the limited staff English skills sometimes made it challenging to convey specific needs, although their attitude was attentive and friendly.

Comfortable room, excellent service, the staff went above and beyond with their kindness, such as loading our luggage into the taxi without being asked. Additionally, the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals for both breakfast and dinner, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed in a Japanese-style room and enjoyed the privacy of our open-air bath. The breakfast and dinner options were plentiful and absolutely delicious! Playing games in the lounge while sipping on tea and sake with my husband added extra fun to our stay.
For dads, it would be great if check-in communication was clearer.

Had an amazing time with friends! The onsen facilities were top-notch, and we loved exploring both the big public onsen and the smaller one nearby. Food was a highlight, with delicious meals served during our stay. Free drinks at the lounge added to the fun atmosphere. Definitely a great spot for a group getaway.
Only downside was the shuttle bus service. we had to figure out the timing and pickup spots ourselves. Some clearer communication would have been appreciated.
